As evey one know longlines around the tortuga area, are just slaming the dorado.And the killing of sea turtle.Sport fishermen need to DONATE. Vince Radice needs money,to lobby in washington d.c.  .Sport fishermen dig deep into your pockets and DONATE.   TO STOP THE ILLEGAL LONGLINES.We need the top water fishing of the past back to san-carlos area . I think it would be a good idea for a central collection point, and as much as I hate to pay them, PayPal is the easiest way for anyone, anywhere to send money.
