We are considering diving in SC in mid-summer. What is the max temp we are likely to encounter at depth? I usually wear a 3 mm up to about 87F, and am debating on buying a skin. |

Last August I was diving in 90* water. I usually wear a 1.5 in warm water, but it was so warm last year I was diving in shorts for an hour and coming out with no chill. LOVED IT! |

How is the weather in late summer vs. early summer, i.e. are there more thunderstorms, etc., in late summer? |
