Hi all,

San Carlos is a great place but I have found as far as boats are concerned
it seems to be a power boat community. That's fine unless you have a sailboat
which I do. Named Dreamin'
Sailboats are special creatures and they require special care. As an absentee
owner I have had great difficulty finding and receiving proper care.
My problem has been solved, so I am sharing the good news.
There is a gent named Tim Nicols who is extremely knowledgeable in regards to sailboats, and he will care for yours. He gives expert advice, very reliable,
and reasonable and honest.
Frankly it doesn't get any better than this.
For the skeptics out there,,Dreamin is in Marina Real,,so you can see for yourself.
Contact info is Tim Nicol

Happy sailing

Also,  Tim has the proper paperwork to work legally in Mexico so no worries there.  He is a fine gentleman as well as knowledgeable.

While I don't have a sailboat, I do know Tim.  I'm not sure if he's still working at his old job in San Carlos but I can highly recommend him.  He works tirelessly to assist the customer and is very knowledgeable when it comes to sail boats.
