|
I have a home in Bahia Esmeralda and out pool was finished several months ago. Bahia Esmeralda wants alot or $ per month to keep maintaining it.
Does anyone know a great pool guy or gall that is very reasonable.
I also need a great landscaper for not too much $ that can finish our landscaping.

They are asking too much. Here in the states it is $ 65 to $ 80 per month plus supplies. What they are asking is crazy so I prefer not to say.

| I guess it would help if you would say where your place is or is it the only pool in Bahia Esmeralda so someone could come out and look and give you a price. Are you in town now? Maybe a phone number would help. As far as the pool my past experience is that they charge on the size of the pool and what kind of details it has in it.

Luxury Things in Mexico are a lot of Times more Expensive than in the USA.
But make Contact with Tony of the Old Gym. He did ones the Maintenace on The Hotel Paradiso Pool.
He certanly will charge You a fair Price.

It is lot 6 at Bahia Esmeralda. I believe it has a chlorine generator with salt. We are not in San Carlos at this time.

His name is Richard Rule I will get hold of him to see if he has time for your pool and what he would charge.

Thanks I appreciate the positive response to my problem. Things are hard to manage from the states. I am still working so it is hard to spend as much time down there as I would like. My in laws were there for a month but they mostly concentrated on getting the boat going and the the waverunners fixed!
