Very cool boat! Looks like LOTS of work. Where was that shot taken. Surprising the water would be so deep along the sea wall.

JZ .... The pic was taken at Guaymas Marina Seca. I had to wait until high tide at 9 p.m. to take it out. I tried to sail it up from Guaymas last Sunday, Winds were not in our favor, got caught in a Northern Sunday evening, very strong winds and high seas. and couldn't make the tac around Haystack. Had to overnite in a little cove just south of the light house out of Guaymas (can't remember the name). The following morning the sea was calm so I motor up to San Carlos. You are right. It will be alot of work but am looking forward to the restoration. I will be doing an article on my webpage: webtiller.com documenting the project.

| How and where did you find the boat, and what are your plans for it?

Thanks for showing me "Madwenawe" while I was there Burt. I'm looking foward to seeing the progress you make restoring it. I got "Ghost" home safe and sound, but I think she prefers to be there instead of here in all the fresh snow we have in Durango.
