| Does anyone know the status of the new marina at Guaymas? Is is open? If so, what facilities do they have? If not, when will they be open?

| Yes, they are open and it is a beautiful facility. It is part of the Singular/Fontura. It looks the same as the one in Rosalia and Puerto Escondito. They also have a haul out facility for up to a 23' beam.

They are full service complete with swimming pool and Jacuzzi. New bar and resturant upstairs and there is a little business down stairs called the Moulan Rouge cafe and they have great coffees and Lattes. Very clean.

Do you know if the new singular/Fontura is a full service marina, or if they at least have water, propane, fuel?
