We own a beautiful Chalet style cabin in Pinetop Lakes Country Club that we occasionally rent to an exclusive group of people through our company. We are looking someone who owns a similar property, hopefully beachfront in San Carlos who may be willing to trade use of their home for ours in Pinetop.
We travel to San Carlos perhaps 10 - 12 time per year as we have a sailboat in Marina San Carlos, and fish and scuba dive there also. We have been staying with friends in Condos Pilar or on the sailboat for the past 3 years and this has worked out fine, but we are alway looking for new opportunities.
Our house is very new and pristine, and well located, 2 and 1/2 bath, garage, golf cart, completely furnished, Cable TV, ( we're working on a sat hookup ): all the amenities you would expect. No smoking and no pets. It is just 22 miles to the Sunrise Ski Area and Canyon de Chelley is just a day trip away. When you are sweltering in 90 - 100 degree weather in San Carlos, we enjoy 70's in Pinetop and 60's nights.

I already have a Delfin beach condo, people who want to trade. We were hoping for a house, but if this does not work out, I'll give you a call. This one is only a two bedroom, so yours may work better. By the way, you asked me to call you but you did not furnish a telephone number.
