He is very independent but would also like for you to engage him in conversation in English from time to time. He does play his music pretty loud (Mozart and Classics) during the day but says he will be respectful of your taste in music.

My friend and I are planning on moving to San Carlos on February 1st. We are still pretty unfamiliar with the area and are just now in the early stages of orienting ourselves. We are actually heading down this coming weekend and would be interested in seeing the place. We will be there Thursday thru Sunday. Please let me know if there would be a good time to show.
