No, sir, we started in Rocky Point, 7 years ago, and it's three partners, Steve Schwab, CEO of Seaside Reservations in Rocky Point, Andre Archuleta, former CFO of Seaside, and me, Roberto Gracida, I started working for them as site Manager for the new resorts that were built and we were managing, and also worked in Human Resuorces, and specially PR with property onwers, administrative, etc.
We respect all locals, and of course expect the same.

| Roberto and the Seaside staff have looked after my property since they came to San Carlos and offer tremendous service. Roberto and all are always very professional, responsive and honest in my experience. Roberto has even gone far above and beyond the scope of property management for me when I have been out of town and asked him for help. I recommend Roberto with no reservations. Dan
