The lot is 12 meters wide and 37 deep, a little over 400 square meters. The lot is on Agua Marina on the plat but the street is not improved all the way to the lot (only about 40 feet). Utilities are all availavble at the corner (40 feet). This lot would pose some building challenges but offers seclusion and very nice views.
