Hi Bryan: We plan on arriving there on the 10th of Nov. and since our unit 236 is rented, we have rented another for a 1 month stay. We will see you upon arrival. I will need to pay for the boat storage you arranged and get the boat out to Delfin. Our tenants have signed up again for a further 6 months, until 6 May at least. The same terms apply as they have agreed that it is for sale and they will get 3 months notice to vacate if it sells. Have you been in it lately to see what condition they are keeping it in?
Since it seems no one is selling anything, we are willing to renew the sales listing for a year, until next Nov. 1st. We will drop the price by $20,000 as well and will consider offers close to that. If OK with you, perhaps you can prepare any needed papers to be ready when we arrive.
