The sailing, the people, the sea- San Carlos is a wonderful place. It was the funnest, most relaxing vacation I've had in a long time. My little Com-pac 16 ("Ghost") did pretty good sailing in the bay around Isla La Raza, but the real test for me was going around Punta Doble and heading north. It took over 2 hours to get around Punta San Antonio into Algodones, and half an hour to get back. I got soaked, even scared a couple of times, but it really built my confidence in myself and my boat being on the open sea. Vince, your advice and boat inspection helped more than you know. Enjoyed going out with Burt on "This side up" too. Much appreciated.

I can't wait to go back! Hasta luego.

Mike
