I cant answer for that specific area but, as a whole, the mosquitos have not been that bad this year.
It's the bobitos that are a nuisance..........but not at night.
Get some mosquitos coils; the wind is usually down at night and they would be effective.
In fact, we have tried two kinds of "natural" repellants and both work quite well on mosquitos. ONe is sold at Costco down here and is called Autan and the other we bought at the "dollar" store in Guaymas and it's called Bye Bye.
