I am planning to take my 35ยด cutter to San Carlos next year, and have been reading some of the cruising books. One of them says that any time you add someone to your crew, you need to register a new crew list with the port captain. Is this true even if you are just day sailing out of the same port?

| Thats old info despatchos are no longer needed to go port to port simply fill out a form and leave it at marina office and check in at new port if just day sailing nothing is needed and never has been.
