You will find links to both SC marinas on our Marine Services page.  They have their rates on their web sites.

The odds of getting a slip that big, right now, are slim in SC. However they are in the process of putting in some new big slips right now. We were just there and most of the docks are done, plumbing and elec next. Not sure how many but it looked like quite a few. Marina Real is around the corner, less $$ but not as nice as SC. Plus you need transportation to get back to the SC area for shopping, food, beer and all the other necessities. You have a better chance of getting a slip there, then you can wait for one at SC.

I see you are in CO also. It was interesting to see how many people from CO were down there. As a percentage there were more from CO than anywhere else. Must have something to do with the weather. Come April/May we've had enough.

Edit: I just did a little math. The annual moorage for a 38 foot boat.
SC $5814
Marina Real $3488

Richard: We currently have a slip in San Carlos Marina for our Catalina 400 but will be sailing south for the winter and would like to sublet the slip from Oct. 30 - April 1st if you are interested. Our slip fee is $522 per month for our 40 foot boat.  We like SC Marina very much and will always return as our children and grandchildren live there.
