Last time I was there they were, which was about 2yrs ago. If your draft isn't too bad the best bet is to time the tide, pull up along side the launch ramp, and they will bring a truck down with the fuel in barrels. The will pump it right into your boat with a hand crank. We put in 150 gallons in about 20 mins.
