Rough ride out and back except for Sunday, the 13th. Water temp varied from 82-85, except for the thermocline we found below 80 feet at North Point which dropped to 78, refreshing. Dove cascades, north point, pelican point and ventana. We were on a small boat and found the best anchorage out of the wind at north point, ventana was also OK. Cascades was rough with raging south current. Vis has diminished at shallower depths, but still 50 feet or so. Below 70 feet vis improves to 60 plus. Only other dive boat we saw was El Duque. We encountered no agua malas. We did see alot of lobster, octopus and some large cabrilla along with the normal breeding trigger, sgt majors, and lots of eels.
