Hi everyone:
A friend mentioned that the last weekend of June, San Carlos has a big festival, you
buy a bracelet and can get in all these places and drink/eat. Bands? Does anyone have the details or know anything about this?

Dive Girl,
I don't know the festival, but sure someone on the general forum knows it, may want to post there.
Seem to have more residents and people in the know about activities, other than diving.
