You can also put the boat in dry storage.  Call ahead to have them put it in the water with a tractor and have someone clean it up.  Step on the boat and go!

I just got back from a week in SC, paid about $100 for 5 nights with power and water for a 25 footer.   Be sure and bring your proof of insurance and paperwork!

Thanks I have been pulling the boat down to the east cape the last three years. Staying at Martin Verdugos great place but it will be nice to have some facilities.  I will be pulling the boat down this Tuesday fish for a couple of days leave the boat and come back with the RV in a couple of weeks. Looks like the warm water is coming I can't wait.

Marina Real's rates are $6.65 per foot with water but no electricity.  My 21 foloter costs me $139.65 a month.

Sea Hunter,

You might want to ask for "Mario" if you're looking for a boat cleanup man.   He's been cleaning our boat...the BAH-HAW-DIAMOND... for many years and does a super job.  We keep the boat in the dry dock and then just call (or email) Isabele to let them know when we will arrive at Marina Real.  Mario puts the boat in a slip that day and when we arrive (usually late at night) we tote the ice chest down and we're ready to hit the water.  In the morning it's a short walk from the "El Mirador" down to the boat.

If you opt to keep your boat in the water for extended periods of time he's also the guy you'll want to do the underwater keel cleaning.    Just ask anyone at the Marina for Mario...everyone knows him.

That sounds great I will ask for mario when we get down there. I will leave the boat in dry storage until I get back down in May. I am coming down from springerville AZ . Looks like the weather is going to be good on Wednesday and Thursday I will be on the water.
