What do fresh fish smell like?   Fresh fish has no odor at all.  If they smell do not eat them.  Parasites smell.

What is the lowest temperature of ice?  32 degrees F or 0 degrees C

At what temperature do Tropical pelagic fish freeze?  Tropical pelagic fish freeze at approximately 10 degrees F.

How do you freeze sea water?  It cannot be frozen.  Sea ice is actually fresh water = no salt.

How long can fish be stored on ice and/or frozen?  On ice about 36 hours, frozen about one month and frozen then vacuum bagged about 18 months.

What does eutonic solution mean?  Saturated, for example a saturated salt solution (eutonic) with adequate ice is about 6 degrees F or -14 degrees C.  Can you figure it out from here that a eutonic solution on your boat will make better eating fish?

How do you kill parasites in Tuna?     Freeze them solid.

What is Sushi grade fish?  Un-bruised fish that are thoroughly bled out then flash frozen.  Japanese fishermen remove the brain of tuna with a coring tool then run a wire down the center of the backbone.   They then cut a slit behind the pectoral fin on each side and slowly bleed the fish.  (It’s heart continues to beat)   Usually they cut out the gills also.  To prevent initial bruising they give the live fish a shot of alcohol which the fish absorbs in about 3 seconds and passes out, with smaller tuna they just cover with a blanket and hold them down while they bleed them.
