I Think its safe to say we all know what a Beating San Carlos Took over what should of been a very busy Labor day weekend.. All of our Local business's lost Mucho Tourism Dollars, Restaurants, Hotels. Bars, Charter company's, ETC. ETC...For That Matter we all know what a beating San Carlos Tourism has Taken this year as a Result of The Media Reports of Border Problems, Swine Flue and Finally the Economy in the US..
All of that said I think it's very Important to all Local Business's, Tourism and The future of San Carlos we Promote the Hell out of what could be the Biggest event in San Carlos..The Corona Fishing Tournament...I just spoke to the Corona Guys and They are 100% About Pressing on with the event..they are Backing SC and will do what ever it takes ( Stand by for more Details).this could turn things around for all local business that have had a very bad year..every Business in SC could have Major Benefit
I challenge everyone even if you are not a fisher person to be here in San Carlos Sept.18th-20..Lets Make this our biggest best event ever..I have heard there are all ready 50 plus boats registered..Lets help put this place back on the map
I have seen Major Progress in Only 3 days..I know this community needs a boost and we can be ready.Power has been restored to most Locations, water is being trucked in to the hotels,& Houses.. Things have been Moving fast and I would bet by Sept 18th we our 90% or better good to go..
If anyone has any other Ideas Lets hear them..Corona will have More updates soon

The main road might not be fixed. Currently it is only a five minute delay at most through the road behing the gym. Your boats will be fine if you just drive slow. Maybe we could get an extra tractor in to smooth it out a few times that day.
Water?? Fishermen don't shower much anyways right? It should be fixed by then.
