I just watched a great show last night and it will air again on 6/13 12pm and 6/14 5pm mountain time on ID (investigative discovery) Channel #285 on directv.

It is called "Marooned in Mexico" is is about 3 guys lost from a mothership and stranded on Isla Angel De La Guarda for 14 days after beaching there panga there.

I have not see this one before. There was another on last night where a plane crashed in the SOC. I think it was one of the "I Should Not Be Alive" series. This one I've seen a couple times.

I watched in anticipation of the "Must See TV", but was disappointed. Re-enactment of a lot of poor preparation and bad decisions. Hard to believe that the Tony Reye's fleet sends pangas out without radios or rudimentary survival gear, with limited fuel, and a captain who can't tell north from south; it would be interesting to see if the death of a client has changed that.

I thought the only point of interest was the photography of the island.

I'm surprised nobody sued Reyes for the reason you stated. for the money they charge and the professionlism you expect they simply didn't even come close.
