We got wind of Steve's reports, and decided to check it out ourselves with the Margarita V...he wasn't just telling his typical fish story! We hit the spot at about 5 PM and made two passes (a lucky 5 for 5, and 3 for 3)...and then quit. Probably the most pounds of tuna we've ever caught since 6 of them were in the 35-50 pound class and 3 of those were in the 50 pound class.  The proof is in the happy angler picture:

tight lines, Dick (189 degrees, 12.5 miles worked for us)

So what's the report today? I guess I'll go have to turn on my handheld. Three hours of sleep, four hours of fish cleaning, six hours of fish packaging ... I'm ready to go again!

Just had ahi sashimi for lunch. We will have it tomorrow. I won't be fishing for yellowtail tomorrow most likely and it's too hot to get it off the pangas. I think we will have it fresh frozen for another week or two on Thursdays, though I am a little possessive of it. As if the fifty plus packages I just made aren't enough!

Sorry Goldring, No reason to come any longer..Chances are if you make it through the Border with out being Killed by a Drug Dealers. Then for sure you will get Swine Flue..If that does not get you The Pelagic Hives are a sure thing...Your doomed to come here? Really if you make it though all of the above I'm sure the Local Cops will pull you over for NO REASON, then Demand money from you..If that does not happen then you will get Ripped off at Pemex or worse yet, Banamex...This place is Horrible...Please do your self a favor and Stay In the USA. where we all Know everything is Just Perfect !!! the media said it , therefore its true

Steve

PS...The Tuna Has such a high Mercury Level there is no way anyone would ever want to eat it...My scales showed it offf the chart.!!!!! Really ....Also I forgot to mention last year a Marlin Fisherman in Mexico of course was stabbed in the heart by a Big Black Marlin..so for sure if none of the other stuff happens then I Guarantee You will Die While Catching a Marlin, Worse Yet you could Have A heart Attack and..............My God Adam what are you thinking ??.............

PSS. I just had the seared Ahi Tuna from the Marina Cantina..( fresh from C-22 ).OMG. the boy Jeromy can cook , It was VERY VERY good...They will have it Thursday, Friday and Saturday...Other than the mercury it was the best I have EVER HAD...good Job...Its Sushi Time On Thursday..This place really sucks..YA HOO.

.Ok I promise I'm going to sleep now..No More post..I'm very tired as the machine gun fire kept me awake all night long..
