| In need of a couple of new marine Group 27, heavy duty 850-1000 cranking amp batteries. Is there a place either in San Carlos or Guaymas without going into Hermosillo? Thanks for the help.

Over the past few years I have had really good luck with the battery store about 2 blocks to the right off of Serdan on I believe 15th Street in Guaymas. I have bought 8D's, 6 volt golf cart, group 24 and group 27 batteries from them. They always seem to have a good supply at fair prices. They are very easy to do business with.
Regards,
John

Star Marine has some decent batteries also. But they will probably be a good bit more than Guaymas. Maybe a backup.

Star Marine Center is the choice, they can get you any brand you like, they got me a pair of trojans at a very decent price, ask for Fausto he is always willing to help you guys out.
if you tip Samuel we will even help you install them.
the quality of the batteries it is marine, the ones in Guaymas, LTH are not, then you have to buy the screw posts.
i hope it helps

I can't remember the name of the store but it has a bit LTH battery sign on the front. However they handle a couple of other marine batteries as well as LTH.

| You know, I owned boats for 15 years and always had grief with marine batteries. I finally decided to buy premium car batteries with the longest warranty periods I could come by and simply exchange every 3 years. You can get 8-year batteries with 3 yr free exchange.
