Where did the 20 day response information come from? We leave in 15 days to go to San Carlos. I don't know if we should chance it. What will happen if we have applied for it online and it doesn't come in time?
Check out the reply I just posted on the Sailing Forum under SC to Santa Rosalia check in procedure. Isabel has been providing that TIP acquisition information to all of the people who have had their boats in Mexico for some time and now are required to get a TIP. It has been working for them. Hope this helps.
