Earlier this year windsurfing off La Manga I didn't check out these boils too closely worried that they were calamari. I figured they were not squid this time so I took a closer look. Lots of yellows right on the surface. They were up with loads of birds for hours just up from Deer Island. You might get wet, but you'll get bit!

Thanks for the report - I hope to spend next winter there - fishing and sailing. I was there twice this winter. I will try to rescue you if you crash your wind surfer into a school of calamari?

Massive schools of birds right off Antonio today yet I didn't sail through them. There is lots of bait in the area. I wonder if the bite is better in the wind?
