I will be in SC in June for a few days and would like to try kayak fishing. I have a Prowler 15 at home but will probably rent one there. What are some close destinations for bottom fishing and what fish are possible.

Smokie, Have you tried using the search tool for the forum? If you type in Kayak you will find some good discussions. You might check with repsilon on this forum, he usually has some good info on kayaking the area and also has Kayaks for rent. Steve at Catch 22 and Jon with JoJen charters have also been helpful to me in the past. I am no expert on SC but I am guessing you will have great fishin around then. That prowler 15 would be perfect down there.
