There is a salvage and freight recovery store in my home town that has several AFTCO (black) Gaffs for sale. The Gaffs have been at the store for several months (not much demand for Gaffs in Utah). If anyone is interested in a Gaff or two, let me know and I can pick one up for you.
My next trip to SC is around the end of March and I can deliver a gaff to your US residence at that time (assuming your residence is along my route (Las Vegas, Phoenix, Tucson, Nogales, SC). I prefer not to take too many gaffs across the border.
Steve (Catch-22) has one of the Gaffs if you would like to look at one.
I'm not making any $$ on this; I'm just helping fellow SC anglers get a good deal.
So please don't buy one and sale it on ebay.

I was running errands today and dropped by the store to verify quantity/prices, and all sporting goods are 25% off. The sale ends 2/2. Darn!! And, I bough my gaffs several months ago at the original price. I can make a special trip to the store on Saturday if there are significant requests.

Dave was kind enough to drop off two of these gaffs for me recently as he headed down to San Carlos. They are excellent quality AFTCO gaffs! Tapered tips on the poles, nice grips, quality steel gaff points that are nice and sharp and will hold a sharp edge.
I was at BassPro this past weekend and their comparable store brand gaffs (not as nice as these) were considerably more, about 54.99 each, so this is a smoking deal!
Keep the gaffs away from Steve! He likes to donate them to King Neptune as new tridents! <snicker>

Since there were quite a few requests, I went to the store today, and I was able to fulfill all requests (PMs from tecate, No Sniveling, racer59, & edgie).
The only AFTCO gaffs remaining at the store are:
1 465-H $30 + tax
1 356-H $32 + tax
1 586-H $45 + tax
The 25% off is still good until 2/2

FYI, HATT & joncon took the last gaffs.
On my next trip to SC, I'll get everyones address via PM on where to deliver the gaffs.
Hopefully, there are deals like this in the future that we can take advantage
