The captains' meeting will be at the San Carlos Yacht Club, 3 PM on Christmas Eve. Crews should board by 5:30 and boats should leave the dock by 6 PM. The roundup of boats will be at the bay entrance at 6:30 with the parade beginning as soon as the fleet's organized.
