Steve and I went to the island on fridya and got into a "bonita" hot bite catching several of them, also got one barred pargo. No YT.

Saturday Craig "No Sniveling" and I went back to the Island and tried jigging for YT, Craig managed to keep the fish away from me and caught 3 for himself :X:X

There was some bonita in the same spot as the day before but we decided to keep trying the iron on the YT.

Here are a few pictures from today and yesterday...I shot some good video today, I'll post that in a couple of days once I figure out how to cut Craig's head out and edit mine in! LOL :D:D:D

Fernando. are the barred as sweet and good eating as the rojos? Were you trolling that lure or throwing and retreiving? Occaisionally if you get really wild in the boat attempting to get in some good long casts with about any lure with treble hooks and especially 6 oz. jigs, the catching fisherman (Craig in this case)  will sometimes put his pole down and just stay out of the way. Might be worth a try to improve YT odds. Good pics, Ron

A letter to Tony Soprano,

Dear Tony,

Send a hit on Craig 'No Sniveling' Collins.. For those who cannot get to SC until 12.26 and then not on the water until 12/27.. He is becoming a nuisance on this site.. "Craig this", "No Snivel

ling that"... "Look at Craig's big fish!!" "Good grief, even he has his Mother in on the catch.. "Enough already" Tony, your check is in the mail...

I am going to change my name to "The Fish Whisperer"! Luck has been on my side lately - the fish are hearby left in the capable hands of the SC locals and full-timers. Some day I will move there and get to spend a little time fishing.....watch out!

It is not as nice and warm here in Nogales, but I was blessed with only a 30 minute line returning at noon.
