Anyone willing to share any thoughts on fishing the San Carlos area during the new moon in late October?  Sea Surface Temperature plots are beginning to show some breaks and cooling water now.  What are the bigger factors in these conditions?  Tides, temperature, water color, bait concentrations, structure, techniques, times of day, ect?

Best Regards,

Chuck
