I've only had the boat down to SC once, and when I did I only had the basic insurance. I would like to keep my boat in SC during the summer months, but would only do so if I could get full coverage insurance. It would really stink if there was a huricane, or some type of accident and I lost my boat.
What are my options? What are other people doing?

There have been several threads on this-do a search on insurance and you can read the past discussions.

There are a couple of companies I have worked with, and both seemed fine. Iberri Insurance is at the Pemex station on the right side/northwest (heading towards the Marina) of the road. There is also Hambone Insurance on the same side of the road, approximately across the street from Rosas Cantina and that Farmacia next to Rosas.
I can go into more detail if you need. Just send me an email. Matt

Good info, thanks Bart. I'm in Iraq right now, but when I get back I'll be keeping the boat down in SC.
