Has anyone had any luck with a feather lure that has a plastic ballyhoo lure attached. I saw these rigs at the new cabella's in glendale and i wondered if they really worked before i bought some of them. I usually troll with the 6 or 9 inch feathers and a ballyhoo on one of the lines but never thought of combining the 2 as one rigging.
Not sure if it is exactly the same lure but my buddies on Billie Gail had great success in the 59th IBFT pulling a skirted lure with artificial ballyhoo in it. I'll see if I can find out which ones they used. I know it worked because the side bet cost me 20 bucks!
