After dealing with Bohnos, (mini-split ac's), and then dealing with Ormas, what a difference in service and attitude.. Bohnos was the worse company I ever had to deal with in Mexico, and Ormas was the best service ever. Marco at Ormas 103-7916, arrived on time, dealt with the problems with the a/c's and delivered when he said he would . Bohnos kept saying they were coming, and never came, to deal with the mini-split they had installed poorly. If you are in the market for mini-splits and refridgeration service, I highly recommend Marco at Ormas......great service, and nice people. No lies, no delays.....I am surprised Bohnos can stay in bussiness.
In the my 2 cents department, Marco is absolutely the best. What you don’t know is Marco services washers, dryers, ice machines, refrigerators and freezer in short all household appliances. I have been using Marco for over a year and he is perfect on all the work completed for me. Which has encompassed most of my appliances as mentioned above. He is also very reasonable and dependable.
