Timely subject...
Can anyone recommend a "roofer"? Specifically I am looking for someone that can PROFESSIONALLY apply some sort of sealant to the entire (flat) roof area of a small house and provide a warranty of some sort. I have multiple leaks in multiple rooms.
I don't know the exact construction, but assume it is poured concrete. It is Villas de San Carlos, so 99 other homes here were made the same way.
Any of you experienced with the type of repairs needed for this kind of problem, i.e. repair materials, processes? My 'roof' experience is probably like most NoB'ers, shingles of some sort over tar paper over plywood; not exactly applicable down here!
Thanks for any recommendations or pointers!

We used this type of sealer and haven't had problems. The other white stuff you paint on attracts a lot of dust and needs to be redone repeatedly.
It is very difficult to guarantee these flat roofs against leaks. Ex. holes drilled to hold an A/C unit could cause leaks if not sealed properly, or nails used by the masons to hold their "straight-line" while installing tiles. and there goes the warranty......
