Glad to hear other than damaged property and roads that no one was injured or worse!
The company I work for seems to think we need to be there after the storm. Can I get any updates? I have read all the boards and saw the pictures and I am worried about where we are gonna stay, eat etc... Has the road into SC been patched? What is the status on electricty and water? And is the Marina Terra open? Have the roads in Guaymas or Empalme have been cleared? And most important, will the Cantina and or Ruby be open! After a long trip from the east coast a tasty cold beer will be essential! Any input will be much appricated.

We drove down from Tucson today - didn't take much longer than usual.
Electricity was back on by the time we arrived, so air conditioning, yeah! Still no water, but they are working very hard on it. Probably won't have water for several days or a week from what folks are saying.
Restaraunts and stores are opening up - we just got back From Charlie's Rock where we had dinner.

Thanks for the info. I will find out sometime today wether I am comming down or not. We sent some people to SC on Saturday. You will being seeing them soon.
