| Has highway 15 been reopened yet. Friends had to turn around and go back to Arizona

As Much as i now, its not open .
dont come or you nwill be stuck or have to turn arround .
Thats on the Radio here in Hermosillo, and they are repeating it .

| Back in AZ now - do not try to drive down until someone reports they have re-opened the highway past the Kino Pemex.

| Im sorry, but where is the Kino Pemex? My friend said they were heading out of Hermosillo when they were informed that the road was not open to Guyamas..but I'm not sure where the problem is.

That is the gas station/store/restaurant area 30 miles outside of SC where hiway 16(?) from Kino Bay intersects from the north. The washout is between there and San Carlos.
