Susan C, the Mexican gutter language that you posted is uncalled for. Just because English speakers may not understand it doesn't make it right. (Bart, did you notice it?)
Now Susan C, you are quick to point out current lawsuits, but as you know, there have been no convictions and the lawsuits you are so quick to point out are either out of spite or frivolous. Until there is a judicial decision, they prove nothing. Has she caused anybody any losses? The answer is NO! Have any losses been caused to her? The answer is YES! As of right now, her participation in the hotel and condo property has been stolen! They will either reach a negotiated settlement, or conform to a judicial decision.
Remember, none of those spiteful or frivolous lawsuits have resulted in either fines or convictions. Can you name anyone that has suffered proven losses? If so, name them, otherwise KNOCK IT OFF with the innuendo and slander! You have smeared the good reputation of one of San Carlos's most prominent businesswomen!
Oh, and by the way, how about updating us on her lawsuits against you?

I have been around here for a long time and I believe what Susan and Long Time Resident say. Many people in the community during the past 25 years have mentioned to me to be careful doing business with this person.
Just because a person has avoided prosecution does not tell me that they are innocent.
In my opinion, the fact that a person has been involved in so many legal issues reflects their flagrant attitude to the law and its relation on how they conduct their business.
PS. Sir, Please do not E-Mail a nasty note to me as you have done in the past.

Jimmy, no one has ever received a nasty e-mail from me. San Carlos knows that's not my style.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. It's trying to turn opinions into fact that I take issue with. An opinion is a conclusion or judgement falling short of positive knowledge. A fact is something that actually exists or has occurred of which one has positive knowledge.
In my opinion you have taken Susan C's and LTR's expressions of baseless facts and used them to form your own negative opinion of someone you don't even know, and furthermore, you are spreading your opinion in such as way as to add fuel to the fire further smearing and slandering someone's otherwise good name! Do you think this is fair?

Sir, my opinion was formed by my above statement. Perhaps you did not comprehend it, therefore I have set it in Bold so that what I said would be clear. During these years many people in the Community (both Foreign and Native) warned me away from doing business with the person you are defending. That is 25 years of hearing the same scenarios similar to the ones that have been stated here in the last week by Susan and Long Timer. 25 years ago---last week..same old story..get it?
Here are FACTS...
FACT-25 years of hearing redundant stories like the ones stated here in the past week.
FACT-Most injured people will not pursue a legal battle, therefore, the legal battles that your defendant has been involved in is just the tip of the iceberg of injustices committed. Betting that most folks will be too timid to do anything about their injury is a common tactic used to fleece honest people. 5 or 6 scores for 1 legal battle. Better odds than gambling in a Casino.
FACT-Just after this forum started, this subject, on this person, was brought up. For my comments in this new forum, I received a nasty-threatening E-Mail. It was worded in your excellent style of writing. If it was not you, it was someone from your camp.
35 years ago I happened to overhear a Con saying; "The 3 works to success are...Deny, Deny, Deny". Also, who said "Me thinks you protest too much".?

Jimmy, You say that for 25 years you have "heard" rumors, innuendo and gossip. Fine; in these past 25 years of hearing this stuff one would assume that surely you would have run across at least a few of this myriad of victims you say have verifiable factual information. If you're so sure of damage done by this person, why not tell us who the victims are? If it's true, the law will handle it. Has anyone ever been wrongfully hurt by this woman? If so, let's hear it. Most importantly, has she hurt you? If not, why slander her based on hearsay?

Does anyone disagree that..."many people have mentioned to me..." and "...hearing redundant stories..." are classic acknowledgements of hearsay? Earlier I defined a "fact" for you Jimmy, now I will define hearsay for you: It is defined as common talk; gossip and/or passing on unconfirmed talk.
So either state facts or quit slandering a respected businesswoman based on hearsay!!

You are correct do not listen to innuendos and rumours or the words of a persuader (You). As the good book sez...judge them for their works. All of the misdeeds are recorded.
PLEASE...Do not ask me to see smoke and mirrors. Research will tell anyone who spends the time to dig it up where the stink is coming from, it is all in the records. What is written is the FACT.
Regrading my listening to advice from respected elders, it has made me a fortune; without 1 single law suit!
Only a Fool would not take the advice of respected people in a community.
During my sojourn in San Carlos/Guaymas I have been blessed with the privilege of knowing some of the most respected governmental and business people in the area.
As you are telling me that my respected acquaintances are lier's, I am telling you that you are one.
There is a paper trail. Are you asking me not to pay any attention to respected people?
I am waiting for someone from your point of view, who is not personally involved with your camp to come forward and collaborate your side of the story of the saint hood of your defendant.
There have already been statements from people I do not know who have made statements--along with the Court System and Law--who have substantiated my comments.

I apologize to all of the good folks for my outrage. To the crooks-I could care less what you think of me.
When I am told that I do not know what I know, I get angry.
Unless I receive a grievous insult that I can not ignore; I will now terminate my responses to this thread. I am feeling dirty by association.
With one final word of advice to the offencive, the old days and the old ways have gone with the PRI domination.
Oh, by the way, didn't someone pull a pistol out and make threats against those opposing the theft of a property? I would like to here that whole story.? Comment or Rebuttal?

Not sure if your questions were answered and I was unable to sooner.
I ate at the Fiesta restaurant last night, Luis and the gang were there, doing well and it was as good as ever!
Still my favorite in SC.
The hotel appears to be, business as usual.
Bad news, the pool has water in it and people swimming, no skateboarding.

I think the pool has water in it, due to the temperature. It is starting to get hot, and the water feels pretty good. I too had dinner there (I was not allowed to go there as long at Ms. Ordaz was in charge), and was pleasantly surprised by nice everything was. Most workers were very happy with the change in management.
