| hey greg, However he managed it, he had chloe in mexico for awhile w/o jenna knowing where he was for awhile. She managed to get her back and I know she was trying to get something out of him as far as child support but you can imagine how that went. At one time he really seemed like he would be a good dad and take care of jenna, but that quickly changed. I just don't understand how he is still not in jail. One of these days......

| she gave permission for a week, not 3 months, and she didn't plan on spending thousands on legal fee's to find them and get her back. Also, she is not the same girl that your talking about. He has more than one kid.

Greg, my heart goes out to you and your family. All the time and energy spent on catching this moron could be spent enjoying life with your family. Sounds like chubby likes the tropics, but if you ever hear of him making his way to Alberta, well then, I am able to be of service.
The kids of chubby are also victims in this ongoing fiasco. How ever, Elisia, to be with him as long as you were?? Living the good life knowing chubby wasn't working other than to rip honest people off !! You people that may want to support her because "she to is a victim" , "Wake Up". She would have to be visually, awareness, hearing and mentally challenged not to know what she was "involved" with. One con conning another, you reap what you sow Elisia. Just because you ended up being replaced does not grant you forgiveness for your part in destroying peoples lives. No sympathy here. Matter of fact it brings me a degree of comfort knowing that you received a small amount of what you probably have coming to you.
Greg, I'm not sure from these posts if Chad has ever been tried or convicted of any of the aforementioned crimes but I do know that from time to time "Americas Most Wanted " will do a piece on people that have been known to be con artists. It would take more than one instance but it doesn't sound like there should be much trouble presenting a case for more than several cons. They insert in an episode that the authorities would like to "question" this individual. Now before a small percentage of you bleeding heart, politically correct liberals go ballistic on me for mentioning something like this be done to an "innocent" man, I did say "KNOWN". That means that there is sufficient proof to bring him in for questioning. If you can get the American authorities to get on side, the Mexican authorities will usually cooperate. Even if this tactic doesn't catch him, he would have his face all over national T.V.
I apologize to anyone (except Chad or Elisia) that may be offended by my views but we to are in the middle of something that may turn out to be a scam, so I still have a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.

If one parent drives with his child to Mexico nobody will ask for a permission of any kind.
This is only if you would fly.

That's not correct. If you try and get a visa, they may or may not ask for a letter of permission. I have been asked before at k21.

It is time for those who have been robbed by Chad to take over and try to find him, or to convince the authorities to go after him. Posting info on his ex wife is not pertinent and like the last post will probably be removed by Bart as it should be. I have done what I can to inform people via this forum but it seems unlikely at this point that he will be brought to justice for what he has done in the past. It is more likely that something he does in the future will be his downfall. Only if the people who are cheated in the future stand up and go after him of course.
