Honestly you guys on here are something else. You do not know nothing at all about me or my situation, you choose to assume that you do.
I've wasted the past year and a half of my life being miserable and if I choose not to pursue anything other than the legalities he is left to face in the divorce and taking away his custodial rights to my daughter, that is my choice to leave this part of my life behind me. I choose to move forward, not dwell in the past, and give my daughter the best possible life that I can given the circumstances because she is all that matters to me.
Not that I need to justify myself to any of you but I have been left empty handed with nothing here but the love and support from an amazing family who helps me take care of my daughter until I am back on my feet.
And for all of you who are sooooo smart, you would know that you cannot file a vehicle stolen when you are married to the person because what was mine was "technically" his and divorces don't just happen overnight. Don't think I didn't try to do what I could.
I am VERY angry at what I have been left to deal with and the reputation that my daughter has to grow up with of her father. I choose not to participate in this fiasco mission because I know that karma is a bitch and God will ultimately make the final decision on what happens to him. I've done wished him the best of luck.

| vin, tell them not to be embarrassed if thats what it is. chad has spent a life time perfecting his schems and because he has no morels, he is good at it. maybe if this person really knew the damage chad has done, ruined lives and broke up families including his own, maybe he'll think twice about and go to the cops. but he has to be stopped and i'll never stop until he's in jail. i kept the voice recorded message he left me, laughing about people coming after him cause he took their money. have this person contact me and i'll forward it to him and see if that will change their mind

| yeah well...i know different elis. you guys lived pretty darn good for awhile on my money down there, remember? the beautiful ocean views and to have a live-in maid and such hard times ether. don't tell me you couldn't do anything about it. YOU knew he was running from the law and thats why you two left in the middle of the nite and didn't tell anybody..remember that. you guys left with the clothes on your back after chad somehow got YOU signed onto my company and took all the money out.(i have the checks YOU did sign too). your just as guilty as far as i'm concerned. you had a home to come back too, i didn't. you didn't have to face all thoses people he lied to and owed money too, i did. the truth is, elis is when the money ran out and the people down in cabo realised that chad was a theft, and haveing an affair with your live-in maid, you went back home to live with mom and dad. you say your out about 24000.00? what about the 73000.00 in loans that closed and all the money got wired to cabo?yeah, i got proof on that too. i have a lot more then you think. just what did you think would happen when you guys went to my bank and chad somehow got you to sign for the company? you didn't read what you where signing?well, all i know is when the money ran out, and you found out that chad was going to dump you to, like all the others, you went home. me?? i had to sell mine and still couldn't quailifiy for a chapter 13... they made me do a chapter 7. don't cry to me about what your family went though, my family is still going though it. my kids needed a home to. yeah.. and i have all the pic's of you and chad living the rich life in cabo that YOU sent me. yeah... you got it tough all right

I hold out little hope for a child born of the seeds from two such as you.
Sounds pretty guilty to me may you get what you deserve here and now and later...

| Greg its very understandable . I am not even a party to this. I find myself quite Pissed Off at times when I read what has happened to you and others. How these two scum bags Elisia and Chad are stealing from people. How elisia is trying to scam her way out of it now that the money is gone for her anyway. Kind of like being a prostitute and being paid for her favours till a Better One a Prettier One came along..... But she has a daily reminder and I hope it does every-time she looks at her. A reminder of all the mistakes she made all the people she cheated what a loser she is and how she is going to pay for all this some day. You who have been defrauded by these scum trailer trash need to post everything you can on every board you can find. PICTURES!!!! Are very important! Someday people will be recognizing them on a daily basis and coming up and spitting on them in public! Imagine your almost 50 . Your n a mall with your daughter a very loud person comes up and confronts you yet again. This person is telling all within ear shot of what thief you are and tosses printed copies from a web site on the ground and then SPITS! on You Again and again all the while those who have gathered around and are now reading what was printed applaud. . . .

Does anyone have any information about his felony convictions? What were they, when, where, etc? Was he on probation or anything? Actually serve time in some prison or other? Anyone know? I'm talking to the owner of that timeshare blog and they're very interested in the story. What they really want is a "cohesive" account of what has happened, the more details the better so they can really write it up right.

| thanks div... sorry i made you vent too... he ,chad, has a habit of leaving people feeling this way. i've let myself get out of prospective and it won't help. what we need to do is team up and covert on where chad is and put him in jail. i'll send anything to any legal source down there to you guys and transcripts that are needed.thanks again.......

| yes swede, i have a lot of useful info. jail time for a felony and more. i'll get that out to you in detail with attorney's names and charges. but no pic's of elisa... not with the baby and all. don't get me wrong, but pic's of her won't help the cause, now. she knows what her part in this was. getting chad put in jail so he can't fraud anybody else is the goal now. i'll get you anything your people would need, and thanks for the support swede.greg

You seem to be all over this board, maybe it would be best not to be so quick to choose sides since you have no idea of what the situation entails. You are quick to bash Elsia but do you really know the circumstances? I know I do not and I would be hesitant to make such quick judgement. I am not pro Chad by any means as it is obvious he is not a good person and has caused financial hardship and heartache wherever he goes. My statement is if you have no clue what you are talking about then keep out of it. I hope you are able.

If you want to look at it first, it's at http://streettalkblog.com They have gotten themselves in trouble in the past by reporting on crooked developers and "thieves" in the business, so although they are pro-timeshare they are definitely also pro-consumer in a big way.
You might be interested in their reporting on a case that reminded me of your situation, that's kind of why I thought to refer this to them. There's an American developer out of Cancun named Michael Kelly who was ripping off mostly elderly Americans with a real estate deal (something like $400 million worth!). This was a big, organized Ponzi scheme, not "small time" like Chad, but there are some similarities. Kelly finally got in trouble after several years of ripping people off because what he was selling via folks in the US was categorized as an investment, and the SEC and DOJ got after him. He was arrested when he came to the US for medical treatment and has been in jail for over a year now while they sort things out. There are differences from your situation, but the fact that Chad has been ripping "investors" off in the US could be pertinent. If everyone would complain about that to their state Attorney General, eventually something might come of it, especially if the dollar amount was big enough.

I'm gathering information to send them so they can write a full article about it. Plus I sent them a link to this thread. They publish weekly, on Fridays, and I'm hoping that with enough factual information they can write a really bang up story on it that might get some notice in the communities Chad is most likely to 'visit'. At least, it can't hurt! So wait until they publish something, it might be a couple of weeks depending on how much factual info they can get and how fast, and I'll publish the link to it here when it's up.

I just wanted to leave my 2 cents about this subject. I knew chad very well, he is actually my old brother-in-law. I knew him in michigan and colorado and anything he get's into is as crooked as anything that you could imagine. Don't touch this guy with a ten foot poll.

There are numerous ways to deal with people of this kind. I, because of my personality and previous training most often deal with people up front forth right and in their face. I hate the screaming little girl mentality of all those today who the first thing they yell after their lying stealing and cheating of other folks is . . I will call my lawyer. But that said sometimes there is no other way. A direct approach can be costly but seldom as costly in the end as lawyers / Liars / you call them what you want.
That someone lives with sleeps eats has children with a person for years and then expects me to believe " I Had no idea " get real! get a life! because the one your living is coming up short . . .
A crook a liar a cheat a thief needs to be removed . . .remove it. Its no matter a he or a she is like a cancer and it needs to be cut out and burned think autoclave here hahahahaha.
