It is unfortunate but it would appear the people he has frauded here in this area and down in Puerto Morelos close to Cancun are not interested in pressing charges thus he will remain free in Mexico to continue until he frauds the wrong person. Here is the latest on him from a private message we recieved from the beggining of this month. U.S. officials will not try to extradite him, apparantly he is not worth the money it would cost to send some federal marshals down there to pick him up.
He has left the Paradisus Hotel. He was fired from Sol Melia Vacation Club as well. when leaving he made sure to steal a few things and left a pendent bill of 3,000 us for the Manager. After this no one has seen him. Im guessing he is still in Puerto Morelos, it is a good hideaway and there is a lot realstatew going on.
He is driving a red Jeep and his wife Blanca is pregnant.

Actually I am kind of surprised in all this. These Expartirate groups are pretty aware of each other and really don't like someone/ newbee coming in and screwing things up.
Pretty hard to get lost in Morelos and his wife is having a baby soon, that will make things a bit tougher.
Its all a big game down there . . .Get the Gringo / Screw the Gringo but they dont like Gringos with their hands in the pot as well. Ahhhhh but he was smart enough to marry a Mexican and a cute one at that.
Of Coarse its just a matter of time before she like all the rest of the little latin hotties dumps ( and sends into hiding ) Senor Chubby and is doing. . . . a Younger dude. . . and spending chubbies Peso's if there are any left to spend or turning him in for a reward.

They were not married when they were here in San Carlos so don't know if they are now. Apparently he is smart enough not to try to con any Mexicans. His targets, from what I know have been gringos. He doesn't speak spanish so he will have to remain in a english speaking area. I think eventually he may con the wrong guy but until then he will remain free. He may have a fair amount of cash saved up from past cons before he got to Mexico so it can go on quite a while. He is in a great country for doing what he wants to do.

yes, thats the problem. they won't go get him if the people he frauds' don't continue to press charges. i don't know if blanca is his wife. i do know that the mother of his latest child is still married to him and she resides here in michigan. i've been told that i can't go after her for my money, even though she also frauded me with my sigature on company checks. the authorities said i have to prove it. he knows all this and loves it. he even left me a message the other day that said" i see your still living in a dream world with all the others that think you can touch me" well, the day may come.
thank you for the update and please know i am very grateful. he stole 100's of 1000's from me in a mortgage marketing venture and i'll catch-up to him sooner or later( do you belive that the FBI still will do nothing) again...thank you

Greg - I want to set the record straight since you are continuing to associate me to Chad after everything that you know he has done to me as well.
I am NOT his wife anymore, I do NOT speak to him anymore, and I NEVER forged your signature on anything that had to do with that mortgage company. So I would appreciate it if you leave me out of this cruisade you, Ben, and Vinny are trying to fight against him.
He may have stolen money from you and everyone else he has victimized, but he has also stolen from me and my family as well. He not only used me for money and destroyed my credit, but he also stole a life away from my innocent daughter. No amount of money can set a value on my child's life and the cards that she has been dealt because of him. The children that he left behind are the one's that are ultimately victimized in the end of all this.
I am trying to rebuild a life for myself and my daughter, starting completely over as a single mother with zero credit and a mountain of debt. I would appreciate it if I were left out of all associations with him as I am trying to move forward and pick of the pieces of my life that have been destroyed. So please have a little decency and respect, YOU are not the only one who has been left suffering.

Just to keep the record straight I am not the Vinny that Elisia is reffering to in her last post. Chad you are quite the work of art aren't you. When does it end and you decide to stop screwing people and make an honest living? Poor Blanca, she told us about how wierd you were and how you stole money from people and because of her we decided to google you. The plot certainly does sickin. I feel for the children and the trail of tears left in your wake of deciet and lies. They will truely be your saddest victims.
Elisia, was that your family's black Cadillac suv that Chad wrecked here in San Carlos and was it stolen?

The Cadillac was in my name, I left it when I came home to have the baby but he hid from me where he was keeping it when I began asking for it back to turn it in. I was unaware that he had wrecked it and had to do some digging of my own to locate it and have it picked up. Needless to say, I am left with the $24,000 bill.
Don't let Blanca fool you either, I know her all too well, and trust me, she is not as innocent as she portrays herself to be. She was the nanny we hired when I was pregnant and she lived in my home for 3 months until I came back to have the baby. At that time, I was told she was sent back home the day after I left as I patiently awaited the return of my husband to be with me and our new daughter. He still has yet to make any effort to meet or support her and she is 14 months old.
Blanca was there firsthand through all the dishonety to me for over 6 months and had no problem keeping herself discretely under wraps. Funny how you trust someone to help take care of your family and they have no participate in destroying it the first chance they get.

CozmyCoz has the greatest numbers of Business and full time retirees on it.
Coz-hotels has a couple members who have the connections to have his butt slammed in jail an the consulate ( who is on the island 24/7 ) over to help have him to be deported back to the USA.

I assume he has not jumped bail or there would have not been this ditch and run thing going on in Mexico. Mexico is just to close and too easy to bring people back from whether they want to come or not.

If you have any papers that put him behind the wheel of daddies Caddy when it was wrecked that is enough to get him so cooling off time in Coz while you Get Your Shi- together to have him deported.
Gregg if elisia is not all over helping you with this ? I would take another look at literally where and how she is living. She right now from where I stand doesnt seem very angry and she by all means ought to be VERY angry.

I know the owner of a timeshare blog that is read by everyone in the timeshare industry worldwide and lots of real estate people, finance/mortgage companies, etc. too. They often post things about crooked people and companies and I'm sure they would be willilng to post information about this guy too. If he's in Mexico, Belize or anywhere in Latin America where there's timeshare someone reading the blog might recognize him and rat him out. I'll tell them about this and have them publicize it. Every bit helps, as they say. Is it alright if they post that picture of him too?

I love the smell Napalm in the morning and burning this guy would be Wonderful.
Its been a number of Years but one of the Principle thieves in the Silverado Saving and Loan scam was in time caught, in Mexico. He spent 18 months in a Mexican Federal Prison in Chetumal Begging for extradition to the USA! He was a young con artist at the time and and managed to beat Extradition at first only to beg for it later.
Its not fun being made into a gringa in a Mexican Prison.
Though he managed to hide much of the money and to keep it to this day for himself. . . I dont know if t was at the time . . night after night . . worth it.
His Name is John and Lives on the island of Cozumel today.
Burn them burn them all alive and when the flames go out hang them at the City Gates to warn others!

div...you hit the nail right on the head. chad kept that caddy for a long,long time before anything was done. i would think with relitives stil living in mexcio, that a police report for a stoleing vehicle woulod have done the job in the first place, which may have saved someone else from being scamed out of their money as well.
swed, thank you!! my son is coming down there for spring break and is going to the media with pictures and doc's for the local authorities also. i also found out that the web site dreamingglobal.com was put together posted from birmingham,mi. weeks before the two of them left in the middle of nite like thives. make no mistake, i will see chad in a mexican jail, not in a usa jail. but thank you all so very much for your help. to chad, it's a big joke. right after i posted for all of your help, he called my message machine and left this message" your living in a dream world with all the others if you think you can cath me". and laughing about it! thanks for all your help and i'll use the info you provided

Its all about persistence and consistence. If Greg has those two your going to jail.
In time you'll be glad to be back in a USA in a US jail hahahaha wait till you see..... Wait till you hear . . Wait till all you can do is beg for it to end or morning to come.
Just knowing what your time will be like in a Mexican jail should do everyones heart some good.
The heat is on its only a matter of time.
May those woman who have helped you along the way recieve their just rewards as well.

Yes please someone get those posts going on the links provided by Divcoz and Swede. I will be working a 7 day sailing charter and wont be back until next Saturday or I would do it myself. It is unfortunate that the person here in San Carlos that was frauded did not press charges against Chad. This would all be over by now if that person had some guts. Perhaps this person could be persuaded to do so if someone else contacted them. I have tried to get them to approach the Authorities but to no avail. Perhaps they are to embarrassed or just to lazy to do it.
