Any body have any contacts in Cancun?
Apparently we have helped chase him out of Vallarta. Thanks to everyone who has posted on this fourm and other forums in Vallarta. It would appear he has moved. If anyone has a contact in Cancun, please send anyone you know in Cancun the picture of Chad E. Willis and his accomplis Blanca. Please post the info on Web forums down there. He can't run forever, the party has to come to an end sooner or later, better if it happens sooner.

It would appear that he has already done his deal in Cancun, stolen money from people there and now on his way to Belize, a much smaller country. Anyone with any Belizean connections out there?

| I can't wait until Chad E Willis is in caught - he will pay for this mess he is making. It’s not going to be pretty. I don't really think he is really scared. I think he gets on his computer and reads this stuff and gets amused by his doings. He should laugh as much as possible because his days as a free man a very very limited. The FBI is well aware of him now and they are taking this case very seriously at this point because of the amount of victims and money that has been stolen. Why don't you go down there and find him. Belize is a very small country and he wouldn't be hard to find. His stlye is high profile and he isn't the kind of person you forget when you meet him. I have been to Belize many times and there are no big towns in the whole country. If he has truely gone there it would be easy to find him. Have you posted info on the forums down there. Have you followed the paper trail that I suggested?

I know this by Speaking with people and through web forums. Have you posted anything on him on the belizean web forums? Have you contacted authorities in Belize? It is a small country and I would be emailing his photo to every email address I could get in Belize. It would be seem perfectly sensible he would go to Belize, he needs to be in a place where English is spoken to do his deal so he aint going to a place where there are no english speakers. Also the places in Guatemala such as the rio dulce would be a place I would look for him as well. It is a very touristy place with plenty of english speakers. I might ask who you are and how do we know you aren't Chad under another name? Certainly he is keeping track of this web forum.

The FBI website specifically states they have jusidiction for mortgage fraud.

Possible Fruad in Vallarta, beware of this gringo
Please be on the look out for a guy named Chad E. Willis. Approx 34 years old, Heavy set blond hair. He has frauded several people in Cabo San Lucas and now in San Carlos, Sonora Mexico. What he did in San Carlos was get someone to finance a web site livingsancarlos.com and then frauded the owner of the web site for over 20,000 dollars. Please go to these links for more information on him, this is a post from a forum in San Carlos
Chad E. Willis built the site livingsancarlos.com and posted it. He has felony convictions for fraud in Michigan.

It would appear he has violated his probation by coming to Mexico and it would also appear that he has continued his past fraudulent business practices in Cabo San Lucas and now here in San Carlos and frauded at least one person I know of personally, perhaps more. He is rumored to now be in Vallarta and I would suspect continuing to or planning to fraud unsuspecting gringos.
be careful of anyone fitting this description he is now in Cancun or Puerto Morelos.

| i know he still contacts his wife in michigan. i've lost almost everything because of him. help me to get him behind bars with a 300lb cell mate named leroy. we won't get our money back, but boy the thought of his new boy friend leroy keeping him company in a 6/6 cell should help ease the pain
