The building on the right, just after crossing over. Same procedure as at k21, but much faster (at least until more people discover it).

You can-there is a checkpoint on your immediate right after you cross the border on the Mariposa route.  You can get paper work done there but be cautious-if you drive in too far you will have to continue on that road which will take you thru Nogales and will not be able to get back on the truck route toll road.  Park to the right as soon as you can after crossing the line.

about nogales arizona.
there are maybe a problem to get a room at a hotel. most hotels are completly booked-out . the reason is (or mybe was) that they are full with soldiers. they built the fence along the border.
i would suggest (when you need the sleep) to stay in magdalena or santa ana.
have a nice trip.
