Hard to beat Santa Rosa or Super Izzy (same ownership). They have the complete range of US and Mexican cuts. There's a larger branch in Guaymas, just past the Ley mall on the left as you're headed into town. If you really want to spoil yourself and some hungry friends, buy a whole tenderloin and grill it. Superb!
